NDT & Testing

We have on-site NDT facilities with inspectors qualified to perform non-destructive testing of wrought products. Inspection is carried out by Level II inspectors certified to PCN, NAVSEA and ASNT SNT-TC-1A. We can also inspect to BAE, Aker, Babcock and may other customer or industry approved procedures.

NDT processes available:

• Ultrasonic examinations
• Magnetic particle examination
• Dye penetrant testing

We also offer both Rockwell and Brinell hardness testing in line with your specification requirements. All testing machines are calibrated to industry standards.

Working closely with local and international test houses allows us to offer a full range of material testing services. All our partner laboratories are NADCAP or ISO 17025 accredited and we can facilitate third party and customer witness on testing.
