At Maher, we understand the critical role of First Stage Machining in achieving precision components. Our in-house machine shop is equipped to transform raw materials, be it bars or forgings, into near net shapes, optimising your production process and significantly reducing finish machining costs.

Our facility employs a comprehensive range of processes including turning, milling, honing and trepanning.

We are also able to leverage our tried and tested sub-contractors to provide additional processes, such as deep hole boring and grinding.
